O Tribunal Penal Internacional para Ruanda e a Sistematização dos Crimes de Gênero no Direito Internacional Penal

Abstract

The present work has as its object of study the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in the pluralist interpretation of International Right regarding the course of the jurisdiction of International Courts, in the face of procedural and theoretical normative transformations. Thus, the objective of the research is to examine the role of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in the international legal system for the systematization of gender crimes in International Criminal Law. The deductive method was adopted, based on interdisciplinary bibliographic analysis of international relations and law.
